You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

Send a clear statement by email or post.

Send back the goods within 14 days after declaration.

Refund is issued via original payment method.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party named by you (not the carrier), received the goods.

2. How to exercise withdrawal

To exercise your right, send us a clear statement (e.g. letter or email) about your decision.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except extra costs from choosing a non-standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refund is made using the same payment method unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Return shipment

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us about the withdrawal.
